When buying a reiki session, coaching package, course or program, I commit to having enough time available to serve you. My commitment to you affects how many other clients I can take on. For that reason, I do not offer refunds on unattended or missed sessions; scheduling conflicts or unforeseen emergencies will be handled on a case by case bases.

The no refund policy applies to all services, packages, programs, and products, unless otherwise discussed and documented in your contract.
